The club had 22 riders and nine came home with Victorian plates which were awarded to the top-eight placegetters in each category. A plate symbolises their state ranking.
Participants were keen to hit the track after the 2020 event was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Milla Rentsch, in the 8 girls, and Troy Roberts, in the 30-34 men, claimed first.

Clinton Bell was third in the 40-44 men's category, Xavier Keilar finished fourth in the 12 boys and Deanne Mollenoyux claimed fourth in the cruiser 40-44 women.
Mali Irving (10 girls), Megan Fry (12 girls), Pedr Vincent (45-49 men) and Jackson Rogers (8 boys) all finished seventh in their final.
Four of the 22 riders were in the spockets seven and under category focused on participation rather than competition.
Club president Darren Mollenoyux congratulated all participants for their efforts after months of hard work on the training track.
He explained preparation had been limited in the lead up to the event because of the pandemic.
"Regional Vic had been able to get to training a little more than metro riders," he said.
"But competition-wise, most riders had only had one or two since May."
The Warrnambool club had competitors at a Bacchus Marsh meet a fortnight ago. Before then their most recent hit-out was in Lillydale in May.
Despite the lay-off the club's membership has grown with families joining up.
"A lot of new members that have joined aren't confident to go up to state level yet so hopefully we'll have even more there next year," Darren said.
The club offers training on Tuesday afternoons from 5pm at Jetty Flat. There's also club race days once a fortnight.
Darren said the club would look to hold an open event for inter-club competition next year.
But first the focus is completing the track upgrade with the help of council funding.
The president explained the track would be resurfaced to make it an all-weather surface that could handle the rain and cut down maintenance work involved for volunteers.
Awards were also handed out for the BMX state series held earlier this year.
Warrnambool held round one and then Shepparton hosted rounds two and three. Only three rounds were completed because of the pandemic.
Rentsch won the 8 girls class, Deanne Mollenoyux got second in cruiser 40-44 and Luke Pretlove was third in the master's men.
