He said he might bring big-hitter Toby Harris up the order. The youngster batted at seven in the side's one-day win against Woorndoo on Saturday in South West Cricket division one.
Undefeated Noorat is shaping up well ahead of the short-format games.
First-drop Jacob Fishwick (88) and fourth in Steve O'Connor (61) put on an 88-run partnership on Saturday to set up the 23-run victory.
Bourke described Fishwick as "one of the best batsmen in the league".
"He comes in at number three and takes the pressure off myself and Steve and Dave Conheady," he said.

Woorndoo wasn't having much trouble reeling in Noorat's imposing 228.
Grant Cameron (56) and Tyler Schafer (91), with a good mix of boundaries and singles, guided the visitors to 1-157.
Bourke knew he had to try something different and after a drinks break brought up all his fielders.
If the batsmen wanted to make runs they'd have to hit over the field.
Bourke, a medium-pacer, ended up bringing Cameron unstuck with a slower ball.
Schafer hit two fours in a row before Bourke also bowled him out.
Fishwick, who was wicket-keeping, threw off the gloves and had a bowl towards the end.
His medium-pacers delivered 2-8 and proved crucial as Woorndoo suffered a 7-34 batting collapse.
Isaac Kenna chipped in with 4-42.
While Bourke is pleased with the 2-0 start he knows his group will have to go up a notch when it faces powerhouse Mortlake in round four.
Eliminating the bad ball they seem to have every over is on the to-do list.
Bourke also played in the SWCA representative team which took on a Warrnambool and District Cricket Association representative side on Sunday. Bourke took 1-55 and made 22 runs at Terang.
