Jazz music lovers rejoice - a popular south-west event will return in 2022.
Port Fairy Jazz Festival committee president Rod Carter said the event will be held on the second week in February.
A small-scale event was held last year due to coronavirus restrictions.
"Now that COVID-19 restrictions have been relaxed, the festival becomes a viable proposition," Mr Carter said.
However, some restrictions are still in place, he said.
Mr Carter said more than 100 bands had already committed to performing.
The festival will be held at various venues and kick off on Friday, February 11.
Mr Carter said the street march and Charleston dance spectacle would not be held in 2022.
Also included on the program is a number of forums and workshops, along with a nightly open mic session.
In previous years people from Melbourne and other states have attended the event.
