Detective Sergeant Jason von Tunk, from Portland police crime investigation unit, said 14 detectives from Portland, Warrnambool and Hamilton executed four search warrants in Heywood, Bolwarra and Portland.
He said a 29-year-old Heywood man was arrested at his home and charged with bail offences.
He said the man was already on bail for serious offences, including intentionally/recklessly causing injury, reckless conduct endanger serious injury and driving offences.
Detective Sergeant von Tunk said those offences dated back to September last year.
He said the man had been breaching his bail conditions, which included an overnight curfew.
That man was arrested, interviewed and charged with bail offences.
He appeared in a south-west court on Wednesday afternoon where he pleaded guilty and was convicted and fined.
He was released from custody and remains on bail for the more serious offences.
Detective Sergeant von Tunk said a search warrant at Rundell Avenue property in Portland uncovered about 10 grams of cannabis which was seized by police.
He said a female would be interviewed in relation to the drugs on Friday.
He said investigations were continuing into a search warrant at Bolwarra and a second property in Portland.
Detective Sergeant von Tunk thanked the community for recent information in relation to drug activity.
