Couch received his baggy blue cap on Saturday morning after earning a call up for Victoria's clash against New South Wales at the SCG.

The quick has figures of 0-22 off his first four overs with New South Wales 3-124 at the end of session one.
Couch celebrated his first wicket, claiming the scalp of opener Daniel Hughes for 70.
His figures were 1-38 off six overs.
New South Wales was bowled out for 233 with Victoria 3-68 at stumps.
