A historic former church is one of six properties going to auction on Saturday.
The former St Brendan's Catholic Church at Panmure, which dates back to 1898, has undergone an extensive revamp.

Set on about 6000-square-metres, the church has been transformed into a spacious home.
It boasts the original pine lining and floorboards and boasts a modern kitchen.
Ray White Real Estate agent Chris Thomas said the property, which also boasts manicured gardens and plenty of shedding, was a unique offering.
"We have had a wide range of inquiries from both local and out of town buyers," Mr Thomas said.
The property has one bedroom, but offers plenty of space for more, he said.
"It would be perfect for retirees or even young professionals, but there are plenty of options to create more bedrooms for a family also wanting some space around them," Mr Thomas said.
He said properties in the south-west were still in high demand.
"We are still seeing strong interest and inquiry levels on properties in town, particularly around the median price level which is no surprise," Mr Thomas said.
"Lifestyle type properties out of town are always popular and even more so now."
The price guide for the property, which will go under the hammer at noon on Saturday, is $600,000 to $650,000.
Three houses with three-bedrooms and two units in Warrnambool will also be auctioned on Saturday.
