On Friday a property on the Codrington-Bessiebelle Road in Bessibelle was passed in at $6000 per acre.
Ray White Rural Timboon's Gerard Delaney said two allotments were passed in with one very close to being under contract and another also very close to selling.
The two allotments on 479 acres of productive and well sheltered grazing land also had two three-bedroom houses.
Mr Delaney said the negotiations were well into excess of $6000 per acre and it looked like the buyers would be locals.
