Classic Drycleaners, which was established six decades ago, is a great opportunity for someone wanting to own and operate their own business, Ludeman Real Estate agent Nigel Kol said.
"It's a thriving business that has been operated by the current owners for 10 years," Mr Kol said.
He said the business moved to its current Raglan Parade site in 2017.
"It's a fresh new location with a lot of new equipment," Mr Kol said.
He said the business had a very solid reputation and was the only business of its kind in the city.

"I would anticipate someone who might want to be their own boss may be interested in it," Mr Kol said.
"It's a great opportunity to run an iconic business with a great history."
Mr Kol said the business, owned by Brett and Lisa Worrall, had a solid loyal customer base.
"It's a clean, bright shop in a premium trading position," he said.
Plenty of parking for customers was a benefit of the new site, Mr Kol said.
The business is expected to attract upwards of $800,000.
