Sitting committee members Nick Rule, Dallas Ludeman and Kate McLaren-Ryan retired by effluxion but are seeking re-election while Damian Ryan and Rebecca Wilde have joined them in the ballot.
Long-serving committeeman Peter Lynch will stand down after 21 years on the committee at the annual general meeting on Wednesday, October20.
The election paper-work, including profiles on the nominees, is being put together and will be forwarded to members next week.
The ballot closes at 5pm on Tuesday, October 19 with the result announced at the annual general meeting on the next day.
Rule, who has been chairman for the past four years, has indicated he will stand down from that role if he's re-elected for another term on the committee.
Warrnambool races again on October 14.
