But she understands NV is doing its best amid the coronavirus pandemic.
She said the state body held out as long as it could before cancelling.
"They're really disappointed when they have to cancel as well," she said.

Morgan said it was a tough blow especially for young players because they were missing out on a great opportunity for development.
She explained some players might have missed out on their age group altogether because of the event being called off two years in a row.
She noted some star south-west players had come through the pathway program.
NV made the call on the tournament after the state government extended its coronavirus lockdown this week.
An NV statement said the extension "poses a threat for the competitions to be played within appropriate timelines allowing for recruitment processes for 2022 competitions".
The event, which was scheduled for October 1-3 at the State Netball Centre in Melbourne, sees players from all 19 regions compete to become state champions.
It's a round-robin tournament with finals.
Not only is it a chance to compete at a high level, it's also an important tournament for player and umpire talent identification.
Western Region junior teams were selected for the championships earlier this month.
Meagan Forth was to coach the 15 and under squad while Kerri Jennings was to mentor the 17 and under group.
Morgan explained the open-grade and all-abilities teams were yet to be picked but would also have been going to the tournament.
The state titles officer remains hopeful there will be other representative competitions on offer this year which the western region can compete in.
She also noted the Western Region Association Championships were played in Ballarat in July.
But the successful teams weren't able to play a finals day in Melbourne which was scheduled for late July because of lockdown restrictions.
NV general manager - Vixens, performance and pathways, Rebekah Webster, said she felt for all those involved in the tournament.
"We're devastated to have had to make this decision again in 2021, particularly for the players, coaches, officials and administrators who have worked hard to prepare for these events," she said.
"Over the last two years, the Victoria netball community has been incredibly resilient, committed and able to adapt to the ever changing landscape and we very much appreciate the support and collaboration we've seen between Netball Victoria and the wider netball community.
"We will continue to remain engaged with Netball Victoria members with updates and online offerings to keep that passion for the sport ignited."
