The Melville Oval-based club is searching for a new leader after Kelsey Lewis stepped down from its coaching ranks.
Hamilton Kangaroos chairman Lachy Patterson said the club would turn its attention to finalising its netball position after signing long-term captain Hamish Waldron as senior coach this past Friday.
I think we're keen, as much for the players as anyone else, it takes away that uncertainty a little bit and shows them just how committed we are to making sure we're all set to go for pre-season when we're allowed.

"I think we're keen, as much for the players as anyone else, it takes away that uncertainty a little bit and shows them just how committed we are to making sure we're all set to go for pre-season when we're allowed," he said.
"It's a nice way to retain players - if you can tell them who the coach is going to be - as opposed to 'we're still looking'."
Patterson said blooding the Kangaroos' scores of talented youth would be a key task for the appointee.
"Certainly the talent coming through is really strong, as it is on the footy side of things," he said.
"We're focused on the growth from within model and we've got that strong talent pool to draw from.
"We're looking for a coach that can coordinate all of those and continue to give great opportunities to youth and make it a place where people can come and play the best level of netball they possibly can." Patterson said the club would pursue leads in coming weeks.
