The pair were crowned league best-and-fairest winners with the vote count streamed online on Thursday night.
The South West District competition managed 12 home-and-away rounds in a COVID-19 interrupted 2021 season.
In senior football, Polaski had a standout season, polling 18 votes.
There were three joint runner-ups - Dartmoor's Korrey Smith, Coleraine's Charlie Youngman and Cavendish's Luke Purcell - who all polled 11 votes.
In A grade netball, Luhrs was a runaway winner with 19 votes from joint runner-ups Eliza Fitzpatrick (Tyrendarra) and Brodie McKinna (Westerns).
Fitzpatrick and McKinna each polled 12 votes after impressive campaigns for their respective clubs.
The league, which was due to start finals last weekend, is currently sidelined due to a statewide lockdown and is yet to make a decision on the remainder of its season.
