The Koroit Pharmacy in High Street is offering AstraZeneca as part of the national vaccine roll-out.
Koroit pharmacist Jossy John Dan said numbers coming in for the vaccine had been strong.
"Certainly before this latest lockdown we had a lot of people coming for the vaccine," Mr Dan said.
"It has dropped off a bit this week with people not able to get about and into town as much because of the restrictions."
On Saturday, regional Victoria joined Melbourne in full lockdown.
