The state government restrictions, which force community sport to the sidelines, are in place until Thursday, September 2 at the earliest.
Warrnambool and District Football Netball League was to start its four-week finals series at the weekend while the Hampden Football Netball League had planned to start this weekend.
Instead they are in limbo.
