The Bulldogs take on Old Collegians in the Warrnambool and District league A grade elimination final on Sunday at Allansford.
"I definitely think it's a danger match they are a good team," Ellerton said of the Warriors.
"When we played them both times, the first game we got a jump on them at the start and didn't increase our lead from quarter time, just had that start that got us through the game.
"Last time, it was close through the game and we just got away in the last quarter.
"We're absolutely not going in underestimating them."

Ellerton added the Warriors had a fantastic goalie in Chelsea Quinn and a strong midcourt.
The Bulldogs are unchanged from their round 18 win against Russells Creek.
The coach said they concentrated on minimising throw-aways, full-court pressure and movement at training this week.
The Bulldogs' A grade team had a scratch match against the A reserve outfit to get a bit of extra game-play in.
One of the shining lights for Panmure this season has been defender, Bailee Overweter.
The youngster is playing her first full season of A grade.
She's been crucial since the reliable Stacy Dunkley tore her achilles earlier this season.
"With Stacy going down, Bailee has stepped into wing defence and made it her own," Ellerton said.
"She gives 100 per cent."
