Ray White director Fergus Torpy said its four properties had attracted a wide range of interest, particularly from local families and investors.
Mr Torpy said a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 67 Ocean Grove, Warrnambool, offered "magnificent views of the bay" from its top storey decking area.
He said the near-new home, built six years ago on a 425-square metre block, was minutes walking distance from the Flume and city centre.
It has attracted "solid interest" from families living in the area, as well as those looking to relocate from Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo. It has a price guide of $550,000 to $600,000.
A Californian bungalow at 34 Hider Street with two bedrooms and one bathroom, situated on a 500-square metre block, is also for sale.
Mr Torpy said the period home, with Baltic pine floorboards, lent itself to a renovation and was close to the hospital and city centre.
It's attracting interest from Geelong and Melbourne buyers with ties to the area and has a price guide of $465,000 to $499,000.
A two-bedroom townhouse at 21 Napier Place offers low-maintenance living in the city's west.
The modern two-storey townhouse, on a 180-square metre block, was built by Barry Mugavin.
Mr Torpy said it was proving popular with inquiries from singles and couples living both locally and further afield and had a price guide of $370,000 to $400,000.
IN OTHER NEWS:
A three-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 19 Preston Street, Dennington, situated on a large block is attracting local interest.
Mr Torpy said the home, on a 980-square metre block, appealed to those wanting to renovate while others were looking to demolish and rebuild. It's on a quiet street and backs onto the Dennington Recreation Reserve with a price guide of $245,000 to $260,000.
He said the rush of auctions wasn't unusual in the current times. "With COVID-19 we do find they're grouped a little bit more," he said.
"We've got three to four auctions every weekend from now until the end of September.
"When you come out of a couple of quick lockdowns it compresses everything and obviously there's strength in the market. It's a combination of different things and sellers are still selling."
The Ray White auctions will be held onsite on the hour from 10.30am to 1.30pm in order of appearance above. Interested buyers are asked to register with Ray White prior to Saturday.
A one-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 4 Elliott Street will also be auctioned by Harris and Wood onsite on Saturday at 12.30pm. The property attracted so much interest agents have revised the price guide which is now $365,000 to $400,000.
