"A vehicle was recovered in the back yard. A 38-year-old Portland man was arrested, interviewed, charged and bailed to appear in the Portland Magistrates Court on November 23.
"He's been charged with theft of a vehicle and theft from a vehicle."
Detective Sergeant von Tunk said a $30,000 drain/sewer camera was recovered but not an expensive car fridge.
