Chris Goulding - one of Sobey's opponents in the NBL - top-scored with 21 points while Duop Reath, who plays in the Euroleague, had 17.
The Australians, who are third on the FIBA world rankings, have also defeated Argentina and Team USA as they finetune for Tokyo.
