In a Hampden league ladder that is crowded from third to six, with only two points between four teams, every game becomes vital.
A 64-39 win over Portland last Saturday has the Saints in fourth position with 24 points.
This week they play a Bloods team that has just one win for the season and sits on the bottom of the ladder.
An upset loss would provide a huge setback in Koroit's bid for a place in the finals.
A win however, would not only keep the Saints safe in the top five for another week, it would also keep their top three chances alive.
In division one netball, Koroit remains undefeated and on top after 10 rounds.
The Saints latest triumph was a tight 35-32 win over Portland.
This week looms as a danger game, with Terang Mortlake in fifth place on the ladder.
The Bloods will start slight favourites in the division two game, thanks to their second-place standing on the ladder, with the Saints in fourth.
The marquee clash on the netball courts for this Saturday looks to be the 15 and under clash.
Koroit is on top of the ladder without a loss for the season, while the Bloods are second with just one loss.
That loss was by five goals to Koroit in round two, adding sting to the re-match.
