It will be partly cloudy and there's a chance of a thunderstorm this evening.
Winds will be northerly 25 to 30 km/h tending north-westerly 15 to 20 km/h in the evening then becoming light in the late evening.
Daytime temperatures will be about 13 degrees.
At 7am in Warrnambool it was 7.3 degrees, felt like 2.3 and since 9am Sunday we've had no rain.
There's also a strong wind warning for the west coast.
A high pressure system over the southern Tasman Sea extends a ridge over eastern Victoria.
A trough moving through the Bight will cross western and central Victoria during Monday afternoon as an associated low pressure system dives to the south.
A weak ridge will extend over the State on Tuesday from a high pressure system to the north, while a complex low builds in the Bight.
A series of embedded fronts and troughs associated with this low will cross the state on Wednesday and Thursday.
Today Warrnambool is expecting a top of 15 degrees, Hamilton 12, Colac 14, Ararat 13, Casterton 13, Mortlake 13, Heywood 13, Portland 13, Port Fairy 14, Terang 13 and Camperdown 13.
For the week ahead - Tuesday we are expecting more showers 15, Wednesday showers easing 15, Thursday showers 16, Friday showers 14, Saturday showers 13 and Sunday showers 13.
