Acting Sergeant Stuart Revell said patrols were still looking for Ethel, who is also known as Rosie, and said community members should contact police if they find anything.
Ethel, from Timboon, went missing on Thursday, June 10 and has not been sighted since.
Her mobile phone pinged off a tower in the Dunkeld/Glenthompson area about 4.30pm Thursday.
A Facebook group has been set up called Find Rosie McLean and Bindi with community members sharing maps and roads they have searched.
The 84-year-old is believed to have left with her dog Bindi, a Maltese shih tzu, in a grey Holden commodore with registration plate numbers YGT-150.
