That's what Merrivale coach Elisha Sobey wants her team to bring to its top-three clash against Nirranda in round 12.
"That's what we lack, sometimes the girls are little bit too nice so I'm trying to get them to grit their teeth and really get in there and grab those loose balls and one-percenters," she said.
"I'm a real one-percenter player and I think if you don't give it your all, there's no point being out there, really."

The Tigers will need to find something extra if they're to beat the undefeated Blues in the 2019 grand rematch at Nirranda.
They showed good signs on Saturday during their 60-17 win against a young Kolora-Noorat outfit.
Sobey felt they got their rhythm back after a round 10 loss to Timboon Demons.
"It's been a bit hard for us since the COVID side of things," she said.
"I personally think because there are a lot of us that have got kids and having kids off school and stuff like that, we've been really busy over the COVID period - it's hard to find time for ourselves having them at home.
"So we came back to that Timboon game completely flat, we struggled to fit things in and we really needed a game (like this) to get a bit of a lift both mentally and physically.
"We've all been feeling pretty flat."
Kolora-Noorat coach Carolyn Carlin felt her group showed improvement since it lost 72-24 to Merrivale in round two.
"Last time we played Merrivale - and full credit to them, they're a great side - it was a big blowout," she said.
"We made them work really hard for it, there were really tight contests and we put heaps of pressure on the ball and I couldn't fault the girls on their endeavour - it was fantastic."
Plenty of young players are getting opportunities at the Power.
Jess Beasley and Eliza Fleming were the 17 and under players who hit the court on Saturday.
"And the senior girls have just full-on welcomed that youth and enthusiasm which comes onto the court," Carlin said.
She explained the Power had suffered about four season-ending injuries across its A grade and A reserve sides this season which had opened up opportunities for others.
Carlin said Mahni Beasley sustained an achilles injury in the first term and came off.
"She was really tight and a bit sore and we didn't want to risk her, we've still got a bit of the season to go," she said.
In other matches, Nirranda smashed Allansford 80-25 and Timboon Demons scored a 36-17 victory against Dennington.
Panmure survived a tight 45-40 encounter with Old Collegians while Russells Creek had a 64-40 win over South Rovers.
Under the revised WDFNL draw, matches originally scheduled for round eight will be played this weekend.
Kolora-Noorat will face Old Collegians at Noorat Recreation Reserve.
