The Bulldogs play an undefeated Nirranda for the second time this season when the Warrnambool and District league restarts from its coronavirus-enforced hiatus this weekend.
Ten-minute lapses have cost Chris Bant's side in narrow losses against Nirranda (12 points) in round three and Kolora-Noorat (six points) in round six.
Kew said his side was confident heading into its second encounter against the Blues, which will be without crowds at Nirranda Recreation Reserve due to state government restrictions.
"We just need to make sure we put in a four-quarter effort and don't let them get a 10-minute run on, kick a handful of goals and then we're chasing tail to get back to where we were," he said.
