South West Healthcare COVID infection prevention community response consultant Jennifer Lukeis said there were still AstraZeneca booking appointments available for people aged over 50 years on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
But she said she was unsure how many spots were available as the Warrnambool booking website was organised through Barwon Health.
There is also a Pfizer vaccine blitz for residential aged care and residential disability service workers.
"They are already booked in. There is no other Pfizer allocation," Ms Lukeis said.
"We have limited supply of AZ this week, but there are limited bookings available on the website. I can't see behind those bookings to see how much is available."
The community response consultant said there would be no walk-in appointments available at the Warrnambool vaccination centre in Merri Street this week.
"We are very lucky we do have some AZ vaccinations available. Many other places do not," she said.
"They are book-in appointments for people in the 50-plus age group.
"We only get told our vaccination numbers once a week and I can't give you those numbers because I don't have them.
"A lot of things are out of our control. It's a day-by-day proposition.
"We are all very information poor. We are waiting for advice to come through. I'm not sure when that will be. I'm pretty sure it's daily.
"It is very challenging, but we are very pleased we have already created a lot of access to vaccinations for people in the south-west."
Last Friday Ms Lukeis said the Warrnambool vaccination centre was advocating daily for more of the Pfizer vaccine.
There were to be 500 people aged 40-49 years old vaccinated at the old Sam's Warehouse last Friday.
Ms Lukeis said that session was booked out online in just three hours.
Vaccination numbers for last week's Wednesday-to-Wednesday hit 10,735 - an increase of 2370 on the previous seven days.
That's 474 people a day, compared to the previous week's 334.
The centre at the old Sam's Warehouse covers the south-west, from west of Colac to the South Australian border.
