Andrew Long has stepped down as the bank's manager, having held the position since November last year.
Mr Long was third manager in the bank's seven-year history, with Julia O'Neil and Ashley King preceding him.
Applications for the manager's role will close on June 7.
Company secretary Ashley King said the new manager would need the skills required to mix banking smarts with the needs of the community.
"Andrew certainly understood that role as he had extensive experience with the community bank model," Mr King said.
"We are having a good look at what candidates are out there to fill the now vacant role and we are confident we can find the right person.
"There are exciting times ahead for the bank and we are looking forward to what they will bring."
Mr King said on the short-term agenda for the bank was a celebration of its seventh birthday.
The bank will also soon be reaching the mark of $500,000 that it has given back to the community.
During the current COVID enforced lockdown, it has been business as usual for the bank, which as an essential service has remained open to the public.
