The association distributed a newsletter to its participants asking people to consider joining the committee.
The newsletter suggested the association may have to fold but van de Camp doesn't think that will be the case.
"No I don't think the association will have to fold but what will happen is unfortunately the cost of playing the sport we love will have to increase, which is something none of us want to occur," she said.
"Because then sometimes people move away from our sport because it's too expensive and we don't want that to happen.
"If we as a committee can't get people to help us just do some small things unfortunately we're going to have to increase our staffing level."

Van de Camp, who doesn't want the association to go to a business model, feels the coronavirus pandemic has contributed.
"I'm just using that as a possibility, it seems we were going along OK and then unfortunately the pandemic hit and, like many other sports, families have had to make some choices perhaps with what sports their kids play," she said.
"Perhaps they've also enjoyed not being so busy and having more family time which is okay too, I can appreciate that.
"I think our numbers will increase, it's just going to take a bit of time."
The president explained the association employed one stadium manager who also puts in voluntary hours.
The association also pays umpires.
Otherwise, WCNA has a loyal band of volunteers.
But van de Camp said WCNA was lacking "that next level of volunteers" to do jobs such as draws and social media.
The annual general meeting is on Monday at 7.30pm at the stadium on Caramut Road.
"We need numbers, certainly coming to our AGM doesn't mean you're going to get lugged with a huge job," she said.
"What it means is we're going to be able to share the load and have some fresh ideas and enable our sport to continue the way it is and making sure it's available to everyone in our community."
