TERANG Mortlake captain Rhi Davis is on the mend after she was taken to hospital following an incident in the Bloods' round five defeat against Portland.

The goal-shooter called an injury time-out with five minutes to play in the final quarter after she collapsed onto the court.
The Bloods were down 50-42 and Davis had been involved in the play moments earlier. The match was moved to another court while the injured goalie was attended by trainers.

Davis was treated by paramedics at Mortlake's D.C Farren Oval before heading to Warrnambool Base Hospital.
Davis' mum Pam said her daughter was ok and she would be released from hospital on Saturday night after undergoing tests to determine the cause of her collapse.
Pam said her daughter would find out more from her doctor during the week.
Coach Liz Fowler said "we are hopeful it is nothing too serious with Rhi" following the defeat.
