Terang is undefeated from its five matches while Timboon narrowly fell to Terang during the home-and-away matches.
The teams will tee-off at 10am on Monday at Camperdown Golf Course.
"We're very happy to finish in the final as any club would be but there's really nothing between the two teams," Venn said.
"We met two weeks ago at Camperdown and defeated Timboon 3-2 which means matches were very close."

Although only five will play for each team in the decider, six players have helped each side make the grand final.
Terang's group consists of Venn, Margie Driscoll, Jenny Meade, Joanne Arundell, Cate Glennon and Karen Mather.
Timboon's team is made up of Newton, Donna Weller, Mandy Dalton, Judy Walsh, Nelle Cashmore and Michelle Gristede.
Venn said there was something special about representing your club.
"It's always great to represent your golf club, individual events are good too but representing your club is another level again," she said.
The Terang skipper said it had been good to get back to pennant after a year off due to the coronavirus pandemic.
"It's been lovely to get back to playing pennant competition across the district and of course other inter-clubs events," she said.
Newton said her Timboon side had great camaraderie.
"We usually all travel together in the car and it's a good social time as well, everyone's pretty happy," she said.
Timboon has improved this pennant after not making the grand final in 2019.
"I think we've just gone out and played our game and not felt under pressure," she said of what she thought had worked well.
Newton has also enjoyed representing her club in pennant.
"Yes because you're not just playing for yourself, you're playing for your club as well," she said.
"So when you stand by that putt it's not just for yourself, it's for your team."
Newton, originally from New Zealand, has been at Timboon for 16 years and has been part of a women's pennant premiership already.
The experienced golfer said it was good to be playing at different clubs again after the pandemic ruled out the 2020 pennant.
"It was nice to be able to get back out on other courses," she said.
Division one pennant commenced late march and each club played each other once in home-and-away matches.
Other top-grade clubs were Hamilton, Camperdown, Warrnambool and Port Fairy.
Meanwhile, in division two Peterborough is playing Cobden in the grand final.
Camperdown and Peterborough will meet in division three while Parklands and Coleraine will battle in the division four decider.
