Geelong's Courtney Moore was crowned Lady of The Day.
A regular on the Fashions on the Field circuit, this was the first time she had entered the Warrnambool competition.
"We've not been able to enter for so long and it feels amazing just to be dressed up and be around people," she said.
"This is the cherry on top after an amazing three days."
Moore wore a caramel leather Zara vest, puffy-sleeved Janet Kay top and millinery created by her mother - Moore Millinery Designs.
"I really wanted a brown leather bucket hat so I started with that," she said. "I tried to find a coat but I couldn't find one so I got the vest.
"And then I couldn't find a top that suited the ensemble so I worked with Janet to make this one.
"It's funny when people asked how it all came together; I just had a vision and we made it happen."
Geelong's Cass Pisarskis won the Traditional Lady of the Day title in an elegant yellow and tartan outfit.
"This is the second time I've won Fashions of the Field, but this feels more special," she said.
"I won at the Geelong Cup a few years ago dress, but this year it's so nice to dress up after being in stretchy clothes for 12-months."
Pisarskis was dressed by Lainey Brookman with a vintage beret.
"I was going for a vintage look," she said.
"I had everything but the dress so Lainey and I created the dress around what I had."
Bannockburn's Jasmin Fitzgerald won Contemporary Lady of the Day after giving birth to her daughter Cheska seven weeks ago.
"I have a seven-week-old baby who was five weeks early, so I wasn't planning on coming today," she said. "I went to Westfield in Geelong and picked up a few things from Myer and the rest I had in my cupboard.
"It's crazy to win. I'm here with my dad and Cheska and we were coming for a chill day, but to end up winning is amazing."
Rounding out the Geelong region winners was Sharon Smith with a magnificent Ella Demach starry fascinator for the Most Spectacular Hat category.
"The lady that made this is from the Gold Coast," she said. "She wanted to buy one of my hats and so we swapped.
"It's very heavy, it weighs about four kilograms and this is the first time I've worn it.
"But it's just amazing."
Melbourne's Mark Goss was crowned Gentleman of the Day in a Harris Tweed suit which he teamed with an Akubra.
"It's brilliant to win," he said. "I'm toasty warm. I had no idea I'd win, when I walked in this morning I thought I was quite plain.
"I've entered a few Fashions on the Field (competitions) in Melbourne and Tasmania but this is my first time winning.
"I love it here, every year it's the best meet. It's three days of glory."
Warrnambool City councillor Angie Paspallaris was joined on the judging panel by Millicent's Brianna Scanlon and Geelong's Peta Bell.
"There was a really high standard here today," Bell said. "It was super difficult to judge as we only had one winner in each category.
"Everyone was very polished, well put together and there was a lot of high-quality millinery.
"We saw a lot of tonal trends; browns, leathers, plaid and houndstooth was huge.
"The littlest details made all the difference in the end."
