The headline act, Bon Jovi Forever will give a high-energy delivery of all of Bon Jovi's anthems such as 'Living on a Prayer', 'Always', 'Bed of Roses', 'You Give Love a Bad Name' and 'It's My Life'.
The band has featured on The Footy Show and tours nationally to sell-out audiences.
South-west ward councillor Kate Makin said it was great to see the event was back after being postponed last month because of bad weather.
"We're inviting everyone in the region to come along and enjoy the free, COVIDSafe event," she said.
"Bring your chair or a picnic blanket and settle in for a family-friendly afternoon at the old railway precinct in Timboon.
"There was a great turnout to the first Tracks festival and Council is really excited to support the event for a second year.
"Our aim is to grow it into another hallmark attraction to boost Corangamite Shire's reputation as a place for visitors to explore and stay."
Cover band Amplitude features a combination of south-west experienced artists including Jade Egan, Tamara Hookway, Tim Corridon and Michael Dean.
Flynn Gurry will kick off the event with his combination of folk, blues and roots influenced music.
Tracks is a free event and kicks off on Saturday from 2pm at the Old Rail Precinct, Timboon.
