The Leah Sinnott-coached side was forced to use its depth to cover the absence of veterans Hayley Plozza and Kelly Gowland in Saturday's 34-goal rout of Allansford.
"We're happy with our versatility at this point and we've used it," Sinnott said.
"It's been good to explore what we can do and how they can hold together before you really have to use it."
Timboon extended its unbeaten streak to four in the triumph, joining Nirranda as the only other Warrnambool and District league side to boast a perfect record.

The Demons led comfortably throughout, but a 20-goal third term was its most clinical in the goal circle.
Sinnott said ball control was among the most positive aspects of the performance.
"We've been working on controlling the ball in our attacking end," she said.
"We do tend to let a few balls fly here and there when we get a bit impatient.
"That was a focus of our game and we felt like we did that pretty well as a whole considering there were some tired bodies in the last half.
"That was a real positive for us and just the positive of being able to gel as a unit with a lot of different combinations." Nirranda, meanwhile, recorded a 66-goal defeat of Kolora-Noorat to stretch its perfect start to the season.
Blues mentor Steph Townsend said while her side implemented its structures and gameplan well, the scoreline didn't reflect the flow of the game.
"I think our big wins this year haven't really reflected much in terms of the game that has played out," she said.
"Kolora-Noorat is a fantastic young side and they forced us to change some things around.
"It was a good game for me as a coach to be quite nit-picky and figure out how I can better our girls and implement some different things."
Townsend said her side was prepared for a top-of-the-ladder bout with Timboon Demons this coming Saturday.
She said recruit Meagan Forth, who joined in the summer, made an impact in her first match at wing defence.

Panmure coach Josie Ellerton, who guided her side to a 46-goal triumph over a young South Rovers, said the Lions forced her players to "work hard for every ball".
She said her side would get a gauge of where it sat against reigning premier Merrivale this coming Saturday.
"I think it's going to be a tough season," Ellerton said.
"We're pretty mindful of working on things as much as we can. "We're trying to work on our own connections as a new group. We're asking 'I wonder if this works' and once we figure that out we'll start expanding."
Elsewhere, Merrivale defeated Dennington by 17 goals while Russells Creek held off Old Collegians in a three-goal thriller.
