Parkinson said the Blues were thrilled to welcome Graham back.

"He's been an absolute machine with his running," he said. "He ramped it right up (when the season got cancelled) with running the roads and did some extraordinary times and distances.

"To finally get reward and run out and play is fantastic."

Portland will unveil a debutant against Warrnambool. Teenager Will Hunter comes in for the injured Aaron Shepherd (fractured cheekbone/eye socket).

"He is a good size and has been really impressive in the first few games of under 18 footy and on the track he is going to be a really good player," Tigers coach Jarrod Holt said.

"He is key position and can play centre half-forward or centre half-back. He is a bit of a raw talent."

Holt said Portland wanted to expose its junior prospects to senior footy.

"I worded Will up a little bit after the weekend, saying it might happen," he said.

"We have a few under 18 guys in the mix that we're going to introduce after the break and he was one of them.

"It has probably come a little earlier than he expected but he is really excited."

North Warrnambool Eagles are hoping three inclusions can help them overcome an in-form Camperdown on Saturday.

The Eagles have welcomed back Dion Johnstone and Dylan Parish from injury and brought in GWV Rebels-listed teenager Ned Timms for the clash at Leura Oval.

Tim O'Brien (unavailable), Lewis Holland (corkie) and Ben Mugavin (quad/spasms) make way.

Eagles coach Adam Dowie said the club was thrilled to add some experience.

He knows Camperdown, which pushed South Warrnambool last week, will be a difficult challenge.

"They have changed the way they play a bit which is good for them, they are playing more like a Koroit, a South and like us a bit," Dowie said.

"They are prepared to hold onto the ball and back their kicking skills in.

"They look a little bit different."

Camperdown has made three changes of its own, bringing in defender Luke O'Neil, key position player Isaac Stephens and forward Hugh Gordon.

Josh Place (ankle), Charlie Lucas (hamstring) and Sidney Bradshaw (unavailable) are the Magpies' omissions.

Camperdown coach Neville Swayn said Lucas' hamstring complaint was minor and "with the bye next week it wasn't worth the risk".

He said O'Neil had a knee issue before Christmas which limited his pre-season and he was now ready to reclaim a spot in the Magpies' back six.

"It's his first (senior) game for the year," Swayn said.

"He'll go down back with is naturally his game."

Stephens gets another opportunity to stake a claim.

"He played the first (senior) game but it didn't suit him, being a really wet night, but he's gone back and played really well," Swayn said.

"I think he was our best player last week in the reserves so he's forced his way back in which is good."

Cobden has made four changes as it prepares to face fellow winless side Port Fairy at Gardens Oval.

Debutant Matt Kemp joins Jack McGlade, Tom Spokes and Jesse Williamson as valuable additions.

Bombers coach Adam Courtney said Kemp had battled a series of injuries as a junior and was now ready to play senior football.

"He's played two games in the reserves but before that he hadn't played a game in more than 1300 days," he said.

"He is a small forward, pretty crafty and will put pressure on so I am looking forward to seeing what he can do."
