The David Loader-coached girls team will take on Tasmania at Launceston on Sunday as they strive to stay in premiership contention.
South Warrnambool duo Stella Bridgewater and Rosie Pickles, Hamilton Kangaroos' Mitzi Adamson and Portland's Elli Aitken, who comes into the side, are the Rebels' Hampden league representatives.
Loader said flying to a match would be a worthwhile experience for his team.
"It's awesome and they'll get to live as professional athletes for a couple of days," he said.

"The experience they get will be valuable to them and their careers in the future.
"I think the thing we need to control is that we're going over there to represent the region in a sporting event - we're not going for a holiday and a weekend away, it's to go an play the game.
"We have a lot of structures as to what the weekend will look like and we want to give the girls an AFL experience, if you'd like. If we could do that it would be a great result for us."
Loader said Aitken, who replaces the unavailable Steph Glover, was a versatile player.
"She plays a few roles but she's basically an outside midfielder or wing-type player," he said.
The season was split into country and metropolitan ladders with the top four playing off in each.
The knockout final series will eventually pit the best country side against the best metro side in a grand final.
