The 27-year-old has now hung up his boots following another concussion during a practice match ahead of the 2021 Hampden league season.
The Standard sports journalists Sean Hardeman and Brian Allen sat down with Bradshaw for this week's Main Break podcast.
He talks about his football career at Leura Oval and Friendly Societies Park, the effects concussion and numerous other injuries had on his health and everyday life.
The defender explains how he felt well-supported in his decision to retire and about his eagerness to keep training with mates and pursue other sports like squash.
Bradshaw also speaks about his father Kevin, who tragically passed away in March, and the impact the Olympic cyclist had on his family and the south-west community.
