Sharp secured a silver in the long jump, after jumping 4.87 metres in the Para20 final. On Friday the sprinter scored bronze in the Para20 100 metres after she stopped the clock in 14.31.
The south-west's three Victorian team representatives - Sharp, Grace Kelly and Emily Morden - finished with four medals and seven finals appearances across the championships.

Earlier in the week, sprinter Grace Kelly won silver in the under 16 100 metres while Emily Morden scored a bronze in the under 20 3000-metre steeplechase on Wednesday.
Kelly also finished fourth in her 200-metre final. Morden finished fifth in her 1500-metre final, which was her first at national level.
