Bombers coach Sophie Hinkley, who is sidelined with a hamstring problem, said her players would embrace the challenge.
They have beaten perennial finalists North Warrnambool Eagles and Camperdown in the first two weeks.
"I think it's a good draw to have three really good games to start with," Hinkley said.
"It gives us that chance to see how we're going. I think we'll match up well against Koroit.
"They have lots of younger players and lots of depth to look at. It will be a good test to see how we can outsmart those experienced players as well as have the legs to run out four quarters against some young players as well."
Cobden beat Camperdown in a twilight game at Leura Oval on Saturday 43-34.
Hinkley, who prefers to coach from the sidelines, was pleased with their first three quarters but hopes her players can become a fourth-quarter threat as the season progresses. "We built steadily throughout the game," she said.
"We won the first three quarters by four, then two and then three and it was an even last quarter and last week was similar to that.
"We got away well at the start and built on that and dropped off a little bit in the last quarter. That is something we'll look at, whether it's our stamina or just getting tired from only playing seven players."
In other games, Port Fairy made it two straight wins after overcoming Portland 48-37 at Gardens Oval and Koroit, which also played on Good Friday, improved its record to 2-1 after downing Terang Mortlake 54-37 at Victoria Park.
