After a tumultuous 2020 amid the coronavirus pandemic, the bi-annual fashion parades were cancelled as were many events.
Daizy Boutique owner Maree Wills said is was great to be able to show her clothes off ahead of the May Racing Carnival.
"I give everyone a $25 voucher to come back in store to spend and plenty of people do come back in for some outfits," she said.
"The May Races went ahead last year cancelled but the fashions didn't and I had brought stock six months in advanced. "I'm very hopefully it all goes ahead this year.
"We've definitely bounced back since last year. November was my best month ever and in January I bet that."
Ms Wells has enlisted the help of 10 models aged between 21 and 75 years to display eight to 10 outfits each throughout Thursday's fashion parade.
The event has been organised by Cathy Bight and Rotary Club of Warrnambool member Anne Adams said it was great to be back raising funds for the community.
"We did the book sales last year, which were lucky but it was a quiet year," Mrs Adams said. "We still supported our regular initiatives like the Bushfire Relief and Purple House in the Northern Territory. We had our Zoom meetings and guest speakers came into those.
"Our major project for the year is to help the Warrnambool V16 Coast Guard buy two personal water craft vessels. These allow greater access to close-to-shore rescue and recovery events.
"Our fashion parade is twice a year to coincide with the May Races and Melbourne Cup. I think people are enjoying getting out and about around Warrnambool so we just hope everyone can have a happy night together.
"It'll be nice to get dressed up again."
Tickets are $25 and include champagne on arrival and a lucky entrance ticket to win a $25 voucher for Daizy Boutique and a discount voucher for Gazman.
The fashion show will begin at 7.30pm on Thursday, April 8 at the City Memorial Bowls Club. Tickets are available from Daizy Boutique and Gazman.
