Warrnambool's James Kol, Will Ryan and Josh Brown founded Raglan Presents to bring the festival styles they know and love to their hometown.
Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the men were able to pivot their events to live streams over Facebook.
Over the January long weekend, Raglan Presents hosted their first day festivalafter COVID-19 restrictions eased featuring Brisbane duo Confidence Man.
And now the festival planners are bringing their new vision; a 360 degree dance space to Rafferty's Tavern on May 1.
Mr Kol said the group was excited to be moving forward with its entertainment plans for the south-west.
"Off the back of our first event post-Covid lockdown, we're excited to announce another edition of our signature car park parties," he said.
"With Confidence Man, we were interested to see how everything would work with Covid safety measures and if festivals would be viable to run again.
"We had a pretty successful event with tickets selling out in under 10 minutes and positive feedback from attendees.
"We thought we should start looking into another event and maybe even a winter series."

Raglan Presents will bring advanced technical equipment to Rafferty's Tavern for the festival and will announce the local and national lineup in the coming week.
The increased dancefloor numbers announced in Tuesday's easing of coronavirus restrictions would have an effect on Raglan Presents' success.
"(Having) more people definitely adds to the atmosphere and attendee's experience," Mr Kol said.
"It'll obviously help us cut our costs. Being three hours from Melbourne, it can be quite expensive to bring acts from Melbourne and we can be limited with what we've got and what we can do.
"We hope an event like this can bring some much needed joy and entertainment to our community.
"You can expect a huge 360-degree boiler room style dance space featuring state-of-the-art sound and lighting.
"Raglan Presents is really excited to deliver an unparalleled level of production that we are known for in the Rafferty's marquee precinct."
