Rozzana Harradine, 31, pleaded guilty in the koori division of the Warrnambool Magistrates Court after originally charged with 10 offences, but some were withdrawn and others were altered when she admitted her offending.

In December 2019 and into January last year, Harradine attended at her neighbour's property in Whitehead Court where she smashed the windscreens of three vehicles, valued at a total of $1410.

The offending was captured on CCTV.

She also sent a menacing text message in which she threatened to slash tyres.

Other allegations involved contacting the partner of a woman protected by an intervention order and making a threat to burn down a house.

When Harradine was interviewed by police she made partial admissions.

She was also caught unlicensed driving in December after her licence was cancelled for six months in October and her car was impounded.

Lawyer Matt Pitkin said there was ill feeling between the neighbours, there was gossip and Harradine had attempted to send a final message by damaging the vehicles.

Magistrate Mark Stratmann said Harradine's actions had been ill conceived, rash and she had made serious errors of judgement.

But, he said despite overcoming great personal grief that Harradine had prospects.

She was not convicted, placed on a six-month good behaviour bond with a condition to continue contact with Kirrae Health and ordered to pay $1410 compensation.
