Grace Kelly, Caytlyn Sharp and Emily Morden secured gold in their respective events at the state titles' first week at Melbourne's Lakeside Stadium.
Morden scored two medals as she blitzed the under 20 1500 metres and 3000m steeplechase finals.
The Athletics South West distance runner won gold in the 1500m with a time of four minutes and 41.80 seconds on Friday before running 11 minutes and 8.01 seconds to secure bronze in the steeple on Saturday.
Morden said it was a feeling of relief and pure joy to get her first state championship medals around her neck.
"It's been something I always dreamt of doing and to have my dreams become reality is an awesome feeling," the 17-year-old said.
Kelly stormed away in the under 16 100m to win by .62 with a time of 12.00 on Sunday.
In the heat the Ballarat Harrier ran a new personal best of 11.98, which was one of two sub-12 women's 100m times across the weekend.

Sharp, who ran for Eureka Athletic Club, didn't let a clash of events on Saturday mess her about as she claimed strong results in both para and able-bodied classes.
She started by winning the under 20 para 100m in 13:61, not far off her Australian record time of 13:26, before jumping 10.53m to finish fifth in the under 20 triple jump.
By securing medals the trio also booked tickets to the Australian championships at Sydney in April.
Ruby Darcy and Jesse Suter also competed at the first weekend of the titles. Darcy finished fifth in the under 15 triple jump (10.53m) and her heat of the 100m (14.05).
Suter scored an eighth in the final of the under 16 100m (12.30) after pulling up at the 60m mark with a sore Achilles and a fifth in his heat (11.89). He also finished fifth in the triple jump with a jump of 11.25m.
Kelly (200m), Morden (800m), Sharp (para/able long jump), Suter (200m, long jump) and Josh Bail (3000m) are all back in action next weekend.
