Karate Kid will be screening as part of the Moyne Shire Youth Council's Movies Under the Stars program.
The movie will be screened from 7.30pm with gates opening at 6.30pm.
The screen and audience will be set up on the Agricultural Society ground on the north side of the park.
Moyne Shire has completed a COVD-Safe plan for the event, with 400 people allowed to attend.
Entry to the film is $5 per person.
Koroit joins Port Fairy, Nirranda, Macarthur and Mortlake as towns hosting films as part of the youth-led program.
While the Moyne Shire Youth Council is organising the screenings, community groups are directly benefiting.
One organisation in each town has been chosen to receive all money raised from ticket sales.
In Koroit, that group is the Koroit Lions Club.
President of the Koroit Lions Club Jill French said club members would help man the gates on Sunday.
She said the event was a great opportunity for the community to come together.
"A lot of things have been cancelled over the last year so this is a good chance for the everyone to gather safely and enjoy themselves," Ms French said.
"We are very happy to partner with the shire on this project, it'll be great for Koroit."
