The 25-year-old moved to the town from Warrnambool early last year with her partner, Port Fairy local Ben Polson.
She had previously operated her own business, Four Element Fitness, but was keen to give the venture a shot in the arm.
"We always wanted to come over and live in Port Fairy, it's a great place and Ben has lived here most of his life," Ms Westwick said.
It was only when we got here that I realised there was a bit of a gap in fitness training in the town.

"In Warrnambool the market was saturated but it was a bit different over here.
"Our house had a good size shed and I was able to set up and run the business from there.
"I started in June and it went really well at the start.
"Since then it has kept on growing to the point where now I have full classes."
Ms Westwick holds personal training sessions and boat camps.
She said a lot of her Port Fairy clients had previously travelled to Warrnambool for boot camps or private sessions but could now do them closer to home.
She also has traffic the other way with people coming over to Warrnambool to attend Four Element Fitness.
While the COVID-19 pandemic brought so many businesses to their knees around the globe in 2020, Ms Westwick was not faint-hearted, jumping into the Port Fairy chapter of her business to make it a success.
"It was tough when I first started because the first few months was during the hard lockdown period," Ms Westwick said.
"But it was also a time when people were taking the opportunity to get fit while they had some extra time to do it."
Ms Westwick hopes to continue to grow here business.
One of her long-term goals is to set-up her own full-size gym.
For now she is happy to keep building the momentum a very strange 2020 has provided.
"It's great that everyone who comes along enjoys it," she said.
"Port Fairy is a great place to live and work, we are very lucky."
