Terrence Shepherd, 42, pleaded guilty in the Warranmbool Magistrates Court.
He was jailed for two days, with that time already counted as served.

Portland police Sergeant Ash Rawlings said the man in his early 40s was arrested during the weekend, interviewed, charged and remanded in custody to appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Monday.
The man was already on bail charged with offences, including failing to appear in court after initially being charged in relation to breaching court-imposed orders.
Sergeant Rawlings said the guitar was privately owned and had been returned to its owner.
