Northeast Stockdale and Leggo agent Phil Gray said demand for property in Warrnambool was extremely high. A home on Begleys Road in Allansford recently sold for $425,000 before hitting the market with a price guide of between $400,000 and $420,000.
In addition to that an ex-commission home in original condition on Bradley Street recently sold for $320,000.
