Deep Blue Hotel and Hot Springs marketing manager Lauren Orero said potential customers had been contacting the centre about using the travel voucher.
"Any incentive to get people to travel into regional Victoria is fantastic," Ms Orero said. "We've seen an appetite for getting back out to regional destinations and people are actively seeking wellness experiences so the hot springs have been a really big draw card.
"Warrnambool is a destination in itself and we encourage our guests to explore what else the city has to offer.
"We hope this travel incentive will prompt people to have longer stays in the city."
The first of three lots of 40,000 vouchers valued at $200 has been rolled out and can be redeemed for travel between December 12 and January 22.
The voucher scheme is open to Victorian residents aged 18 or over when they spend a minimum $400 on accommodation, experiences or tours in regional Victoria in the specified periods.
Travellers will be required to spend at least two nights in paid accommodation in regional Victoria to qualify for the scheme.
