She became a mum and decided she wanted to start up a business called Back N Forth Netball Clinics.
Forth had son, Sawyer, at the end of May.

She's now getting set to host netball clinics for boys and girls of various ages and abilities from January 4 to 22.
They'll be at Warrnambool stadium's indoor or outdoor courts, at Hamilton's Pedrina Park and at Timboon Stadium.
Clinics range from under 7s through to 14-16 years.
Forth said becoming a mum had motivated her to start the business.
"Actually it's because I became a parent, it makes you contemplate things a little bit," she said.
"And I just wanted to show my son you can chase your dreams and netball is what I'm passionate about.
"It came to me in a dream actually, I woke up and thought I reckon I could probably do that."
Forth wants to attract new people to the sport and help develop experienced players.
"I wanted to make netball accessible to families which maybe aren't affiliated with a club or league or don't want the commitment of club netball," she said.
"Just something casual to try netball.
"We do have NetSetGo (netball starter program) at the stadium in Warrnambool but not all parents know about that.
"I wanted to have something fun and different and especially with (coronavirus) isolation get the kids off the couch, off technology, and maybe push them to be outside their comfort zone."
Forth is also planning to get a mums' social netball program going in Warrnambool in February.
The former coach plans to play for Old Collegians in 2021.
She decided to take a break from A grade coaching after three seasons (2017-19) co-leading the Warriors with Jess Toleman.
She was the club's 17 and under coach for those three years as well.
On top of that she mentored in school programs, academies and at state titles.
