Ray White Real Estate Warrnambool director Fergus Torpy said there had been strong interest in each of the properties.
"Four auctions is a big and busy day which we are looking forward to it - I don't think we've had more than four auctions in one day since this time last year," Mr Torpy said.
The first to go under the hammer will be a two-bedroom central home on a large block in Banyan Street.
At 11am, a modern three-bedroom home with two bathrooms in Toohey Drive will go under the hammer.
A large family home nestled amongst birdlife on 1.5 acres is expected to attract a lot of interest.
The Banksia Street home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and a deck that offers views of the Hopkins River.
It will be auctioned at noon and at 1pm a fully revamped three bedroom home in Fitzroy Road will be up for grabs.
Homes in Warrnambool are proving extremely popular at the moment, with many under offer within days of being listed.
