Brierly-Christ Church will make the trip to Jack Keane Oval to take on the in-form Saints.
The ground has been the venue for a resurgence for Koroit, winning its past three games on the home turf, after losing its first two on hard wickets.
Brierly-Christ Church will present some stiff opposition in Saturday's one-day encounter, with the Bulls having only lost one game in the first five rounds.
Koroit was victorious last Saturday, getting the points against Allansford-Panmure Gold.
The Saints bowled first and restricted their opponents to 5-130 from 45 overs.
This would have been even more impressive but for 12 wides sent down by the Koroit bowlers.
Bailey Gardiner was again super impressive with the ball in hand, taking 2-20 from nine overs.
A highlight of the day was under 15s player Strahan Robinson, who took 1-24 on his senior debut.
In the run chase, Koroit survived two mini-collapses before hitting a winning score.
The Saints put on 35 for the first wicket but quickly slumped to 3-43.
Captain Matthew Webster (23) and Thomas Sinnott (49 not out) steadied the ship before Webster's dismissal set off a chain of wickets to leave Koroit at 6-112.
Sinnott was able to keep his composure and guided Koroit to victory, with the Saints finishing on 6-133.
In division three, Koroit will be up against Wesley-CBC at Victoria Park.
Last week an undermanned Saints team lost to Merrivale.
Despite the loss, youngsters Noah Billings (2-18) and Tom Morrison (33) shone bright.
The under 15s enter day two of their game against Dennington on Friday night in a strong position after bowling the Dogs out for 99. Rory Campbell-Gavin took 3-11. Koroit will resume on 0-50 in reply.
The Neale Dobson-coached under 17s team had its first win of the season when it defeated Brierly-Christ Church.
The Saints won by 36 runs, with Finn O'Sullivan making 53.
