Fred and George Beasley, Riley Scanlon (Terang), Joseph Brown, Elijah McLeod, Olivia Porter, Lachlan Walker (Warrnambool) and Molly O'Brien (Hamilton) will play.
The championship will be played over 54 holes stroke at Ballarat, Buninyong and Midlands golf clubs.
Previously the event has been played in conjunction with the Victorian Men's Country Championships, which has been reasonably successful in recent years, however there is no girls' equivalent.

For the first time the event will see teams include both boys and girls with Porter and O'Brien the association's two female golfers.
Golf Australia regional development officer Chris Crabbe said the WDGA had put together a "quite competitive" team.
Crabbe was pleased female golfers would be returning.
"It's a really positive change from Golf Australia as there used to be a girls regional event but with a lack of girls playing and that event fell away around four or five years ago," he said.
"Now with the push for more women and girls to play we thought we'd introduce girls into this representative environment. Hopefully it serves them well to play golf against other girls from the state."
