The three-bedroom home on a 319-square metre block, which was sold by Harris and Wood in an online auction through Openn Negotiation, was sold for $353,750.
Agent Danny Harris said there was a mix of interest from both local and out of town buyers.
The leading bid going into the auction was $310,000 and there was a total of three bids.
Mr Harris said the unique auction platform allowed for transparency for both vendors and buyers.
He said the house was only listed for 20 days before the vendors decided to go to auction due to the strong interest.
"The home sold for at least 10 per cent above what it probably would have at the start of the year," Mr Harris said.
He said there would be two further Openn Negotiation auctions coming up at 2 Brebner Close and 7 Howard Street.
The Brebner Close home is only two years old and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has two living areas and a modern home automation system.
The Howard Street property has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an outdoor office/bungalow, established gardens and two double garages on a 689-square metre block.
It also boasts period features including hardwood floors, timber panelling on the walls and leadlight windows.
